FAQ: Is it possible to place an order from outside of Europe (International shipping)?
Yes! Our products can be shipped to the United States of America, Canada, most Asian countries and Middle Eastearn countries. We use international shipping with tracking number for all international orders. If your region isn't listed, don't hesitate to contact us.
Regarding residents from outside the European Union, our products are sold excluding taxes, they may be taxed upon arriving to your country: depending on your country's regulations, these taxes will be at your charge.

FAQ: How to pay on your website?

You can pay your order with Paypal. If you wish to pay with a debit card, it's also possible through Paypal, and doesn't require a Paypal account. These services allow you to pay in your own currency.

FAQ: Will I be charged when I place an order/preorder or when the product ships?
The payment is collected upon ordering or preordering.

FAQ: Where can I buy your products?
As of now, most of our products are sold exclusively on our website. However, some of our products may be available in stores in some European countries. When it's the case, we communicate on this in-store availability.

FAQ: Are your video games region-free?
The video games we offer on our website, be they for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox One Series X and Nintendo Switch, are region-free. You'll be able to play them on your console no matter its region of origin. Most video games on our website offer multiple languages and we show the available languages in the product sheet.

FAQ: I've received my game, it's damaged, what do I do?
Our team is here to help you, all you need to do is use the contact form on the following page: https://www.pixnlove.com/contact-us
Requests will be treated on a case by case basis: if your copy needs a replacement, you'll have to send it back to us and we'll send you a new copy (while supplies last).

FAQ: I've received my game, I'd like to return it and get a refund:
In the case you'd wish to return a game to us, if it's still brand new, you have 15 days to contact us. You'll just need to send us the game back at your own cost with a tracking number. Upon receiving the goods and verifying that the product is still new, we'll proceed to refund you within 15 days. The refund will only cover the price of the game and not include any shipping cost or customs fee which you may have paid.

FAQ: I'm interested in a limited collector's edition but it's sold out. Do you think you'll make more?
Unfortunately, limited and numbered collector's editions can't be reissued. Small quantities of copies may go up for sale again, in case of cancellations, for example.

FAQ: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the number of articles, the total weight, the chosen delivery service and your geographical region. If you're logged-in, it's automatically calculated and shown at the check-out.

FAQ: I've ordered a game and it still hasn't shipped?
It's possible you've placed a preorder, the shipping will happen when the product is available. You'll find the information about the release window on the product sheet and will be notified by mail when the product will be available and shipped out.

FAQ: How do I get up to date with your releases and news?
Several ways are available:
By subscribing to our newsletter (from the text field at the bottom of the website or when placing an order). You'll then be informed by e-mail of all our new releases.
